Chinese Medicine is not just about treating illness, it’s about living
life with more balance, self-awareness and vitality. In Traditional
physical symptoms are often linked to unresolved emotions.

Traditional Chinese Medicine takes a collaborative approach to
health, asking us to connect with nature.  It assumes that the
capacity to heal lies inside us.

I have a special interest in women’s issues and am struck by the
fears and anxieties that women experience in relation to their
bodies, sexual lives, illness and prospect of getting older.  These
fears drain their health and depress them.

Traditional Chinese Medicine treats the phases of a woman’s life
as healthy transitions and offers ways to support us as we move
through them. For example, at menopause, the conventional
approach is to consider the need for hormone replacement or other
medications, rather than the opportunity for spiritual exploration and
evolution that comes with age.
