Simone Telo is trained in Nutritional Therapy and Traditional Chinese
Medicine (Acupuncture). She offers a unique and holistic blend of
complementary therapies that serve to enhance the well-being and
overall health of her clients.

She trained in
nutrition at the renowned Plaskett College and
acupuncture at the Shanghai Acupuncture College in Dublin. After
completing her studies in Nutritional Therapy, she was drawn to
Traditional Chinese Medicine. In practice, she found that the scientific
approach of Nutritional Therapy marries well with the energetic medicine
of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

To further enhance her knowledge and skills, Simone underwent further
training at the Shanghai 6th People’s Hospital in Shanghai, China.
There, she had the privilege to train directly under one of the top ten
Traditional Chinese Medicine doctors in China, Dr Zhang and Professor
Wu Yan Chi

Combining these various complementary therapies has enhanced
Simone’s practice. She is able to offer her clients a broader range of
effective options to address their
health challenges; from emotional
health, female issues to general concerns that adversely affect their
lifestyle and causes imbalance in their well-being.

Simone’s personal experience:
In 2002, Simone was diagnosed with a thyroid condition and following a
lengthy and difficult period attempting to address her health concerns
through traditional Western approaches with little success, she decided
to consult a practitioner of Chinese medicine.

The positive outcomes achieved prompted her to study this form of
treatment which she believed, when coupled with Nutritional Therapy,
could offer clients a more complete and effective prognosis.

She has since used her own life experiences and challenges to
successfully work with a wide range of health issues, and to instil in
individuals the ability to nurture their own bodies and to make safe and
wise lifestyle choices.
